I was in Hong Kong for a few days when I started feeling a little under the weather. My hotel concierge recommended Dr. Eugene Kwan at Central Health—and thankfully, not just another bowl of hot water. Dr. Kwan was friendly, thorough, and took the time to discuss all my concerns. As a certified hypochondriac, I arrived mentally prepared for every test known to modern medicine. Instead, he reassured me, offered practical suggestions, and kindly stopped me from turning the appointment into a full-body investigation. If I’m ever feeling unwell in Hong Kong again, I’d happily visit Dr. Eugene Kwan—although hopefully with fewer imaginary symptoms next time!

Absolutely unacceptable. I waited 90 minutes past my first appointment time with Dr Hui, with no explanation, no apology, and no updates. Patients’ time clearly isn’t valued here. For a clinic charging premium fees, the level of service is incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning or recommending this practice.

We brought our two sons to this practice for the first time today and had a very positive experience. From booking the appointment through to registration and the consultation itself, everything ran smoothly. The paediatric nursing team were helpful, communication was clear, and the clinic was efficient and well organised. Dr Yvonne Ou took the time to understand our children's medical history, answered our questions thoroughly, and explained her recommendations clearly. We never felt rushed and left with a clear plan moving forward. The clinic is clean, conveniently located, and easy to access. We're very grateful for the care we received and look forward to continuing our children's care with Dr Ou and the team.

Dr Christina Hui is a good OBGYN but not a good surgeon and follow up. After a surgery I had with her, my belly button was never the same anymore. I still have problems after a few years and need to see a new doctor to get it checked. Even though back then, when I mentioned the issue she said it was nothing.

Excellent, comprehensive, medical care for all the family Our family of four has been looked after by Central Health for 10 years. Dr Kay Chan has helped us work through everything medical that life throws at two full time working parents with two kids, and always manages to make us feel cared for but also empowered so we understand the recommendations she makes and the advice she gives. She never over medicates and takes a very holistic view of our health, which is very much appreciated. The clinic is very efficient and extremely well networked. We have leveraged their mental health and other specialist services, as well as their referrals services. We also realised when we sent our helper to see Dr Chan, the clinic charged us less than we normally pay for ourselves, which says volumes about their ethos as a business. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
