WORST. DOCTOR. EVER. she doesn’t even deserve to have a star at all but google doesn’t allow that. I spent $400 just be yelled at and left with no results. ( other than just giving medicine for cough lol) I’m not one to make a review even if it was not a good experience but I’m completely disappointed with my experience, I’ve seen comments abt nurses being rude in this clinic but for me, it’s the doctor herself. I’ve come to her when I was young and thought, hey let me suggest to my gf to see her cus I remember she was good. Total opposite experience. We went to see her to get opinions regarding a lip injury that my girlfriend had and requested an xray but she denied it as she said it’s not necessary and even if she mentioned this is not her expertise, we understood. And still willing to pay for it cause we still came to her and so we requested to have a general statement that we came to see her and consulted her regarding the lip situation and she flipped and yelled at us and accused us that we are trying to use her and pin any blame on her if things goes wrong. Which took us aback. There was no intention and we tried to explain but she was dismissive and told us “ we’re done he

i called yesterday to ask for quotation of different medical test for my helper and the receptionist was rude! i called again today and same person recognized me, she then yelled at me again and passed the phone to another basically saying she does not want to talk to me! the person said they are too busy! i tried to ask for their names but she yelled again saying their names is not important and hung up the phone! what is going on with your clinic Doctor Chan? how busy are your employees that they are this rude at early morning?? sorr,y but i think these kind of people should not be part of your team as they know nothing about proper customer service and phone manners.
