I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses from here. The entire process, from an eye test to the glasses being made, and then shipped to the UK, was excellent. They arrived here in England within 10 days of my purchase, and I was kept informed by the team every step of the way. I would not hesitate to contact these again.

These guys are amazing. 4th generation shop who absolutely know their stuff and take care of customers. They seem to be much more focused on customer needs than on making money which is probably how they've stayed in business for so long. If you have any eyeglass needs, it is worth the trip from anywhere within Hong Kong. They saved me a ton of money by fixing something that I thought was hopeless. I partially went because they sounded too good to be true; it turns out that they are the real deal. Honest, extremely competent, and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service and caring attitude for my elderly mother. The optometrist took special care and attention to provide much needed assurance . When determined no new lenses were required, they quickly offered to look at her old glasses , without any charge. Honest to goodness Business - Thank you !

They were so generous and fixed my glasses for FREE! My Ray Bans’ screw fell loose and my glass piece fell off. I went to another glasses place down the street before and they told me that the screw I lost was special and I would have to go to a Ray Bans specialist. Came to Chiangs and they took the time to search for their screws and were able to fix in a few minutes. I asked how much this would be and was told “don’t worry about it” and were so friendly.
