I visited the clinic for a migraine consultation and was very impressed by neurologist Dr Lee. He was professional, attentive, and provided clear, helpful, practical and solid advice. The clinic itself is also spacious and comfortable, which made the visit more pleasant. The experience would have been even better if the waiting time were shorter, as I had to wait around 30 minutes despite having made an appointment in advance. I was also less impressed by the large posters inside the clinic, which seemed somewhat promotional or upselling-oriented. I assume this is more a management or marketing decision rather than anything to do with the clinical staff, however. Overall, I was satisfied with my consultation with Dr Lee and would return for a follow-up if needed.

I called the Central branch today for an appointment with a cardiologist, the receptionist receiving the call was very impatient and the tone was really rude. I requested the receptionist to leave her name, all she was willing to say was she's Ms Lee. Since it's a very common last name in Chinese, I requested if she could provide her first name, she was reluctant to do so. I visited Dr Helen Tang in the clinic before, she's kind and professional, the nurse assisted me on the blood test was also gentle. However, the receptionist at the counter is a big drawback, quality of service needs to be improved.

Very impressed by Dr Helen Tang and Dr Simon Lee’s experience and professionalism. They’re very kind and compassionate as well. Also greatly appreciate Nurse Jennie Chu’s help every time. Highly recommended.

Dr Dorothy Tam is experienced Paediatrician. She is patient and caring. Recommend for infant and kids
