On June 23, '26, a Daikin technician came to inspect my air conditioner. He mentioned that scaffolding is required to check whether the split-type unit has a refrigerant leak or a broken electronic board, and said they would provide a quotation for the scaffolding costs. But isn't two weeks still way too long just to get a quote? Daikin could easily collaborate with more scaffolding companies, couldn't they? Is this poor after-sales service supposed to discourage people from ever buying Daikin again? In a city as highly efficient as Hong Kong, having to wait two weeks just for a scaffolding quote to repair an air conditioner—and then who knows how much longer until the actual repair is fin
