Terrible service and attitude! I needed to change the door lock at my home and saw good reviews for this shop on Google, so asked for a quote. The owner provided a quote and asked me what time I’d be available, but I told him I’d first like to visit the shop and pick out which lock I want. When I got there, I asked the shopkeeper what types of locks he had available, and he said he only had one brand and type. He then asked me if I was the one who contacted him on WhatsApp to have my door lock changes, and said that I was the first customer who was demanding enough to want to pick which brand and type of lock. He also said that since I waited for so long before finally visiting the shop, that he suspected I was suspicious and had doubts about his products and se
