I bought a handrail with $1080 for my parent with one side paralysed so need a very safe handrail. Spent another $1000 for installation of fixed it on the wall with expansion screw but turned out the handrail itself can be easy turned and rotated. After I posted it on google (thanks google! We need this independent platform!) the shop contacted me promptly. First they asked me to keep rotating the handrail to make it tighter. However, it stuck in upward position (rotated 180 °) and I used a lot of effort to make it back to downwards (rotated full circle）, but the handrail slightly changed in shape and the connecting point becomes a bit loose. After I reported it to the shop, they offered a technician to come to check for free. The technician told me it’s still safe though it’s a bit loose. Thanks the shop for prompt reply. It could be better if the shop could offer technician to help in the first place so my handrail will not change in shape.

Bought the SMILAGE - Solid wood swivel chair for my father. A very sturdy product, but I had some trouble with the chair initially when it was delivered, despite testing the sample on display at the Causeway Bay branch before making the purchase. Probably because I did not really understand the mechanics of the chair and the salesperson on duty hardly explained the workings of the chair to me. For example, I was never asked whether I wanted the control buttons installed on the right side or left side. To make a long story short, I was advised to send a video of my problem(s) to a whatsapp number, so I did. I literally got an instant reply at 7:30pm, and a mechanic arrived to help me out 30 minutes later. He patiently explained the intricacies of the chair to me and took the time to show me how to use the chair effectively. He also moved the controls from the left side to the right side - our preference. Special commendation and thanks to this excellent team on delivery and follow-up service on the technical side! You made a difference! Just a word of caution: please make sure the rather high armrests of the chair fit your dining table or desk.
