My grandma has an incredible collection of custom Ellis pieces she’s collected over the past 50 years—pieces I’ve admired forever. I knew I had to make a stop at Ellis’ shop on my trip to Hong Kong. Ellis was so kind and welcoming, and his shop is absolutely beautiful. He helped me choose a timeless necklace that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. I can’t recommend Ellis enough for all your jewelry needs—I know I’ll be back on my next trip to HK! Thank you, Ellis!

During our visit to Hong Kong in August 2025, I wanted to leave a positive review about the Ellis Jewelry Store, which is located on Queen's Rd. We visited jewelry stores in different parts of the city, but in our opinion, this is the most worthy jewelry store in Hong Kong with a good and interesting selection of jewelry. In the store, my wife and I bought a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring. Thank you for the good, considerate and professional service. If we visit Hong Kong again, we will be glad to visit this wonderful store again.

Wonderful service! I highly recommend this place. Usually I come here to get some jewelry repaired. Today they fixed my silver chain for free. I love this place :-)

I have been using Ellis for a long time and they always deliver the best service with quality products. I have recently changed my wedding band and had earrings made and Ellis made it better than expected. He gave me ideas but also listened to what I wanted. I am so happy with the outcome and I can recommend Ellis to anyone.

This is the most professional and genuine jeweller in Hong Kong in my opinion. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't want. I have had a few pieces from them over the years, some they designed for me and others I bought off the shelf. I just picked up my last piece before I leave HK and I am so pleased. I had my mums old wedding and engagement ring made into a beautiful necklace pendant. If google had 10 stars I'd give Ellis 11!
