Women clothing and accessories mostly sourced from France. Good product options. Service or attitude could be better if one guest took out the cloth from their shelf. The lady asked the others not to take them out since there are already samples on the rack. I saw the customers left away.

I have been shopping at Excuse My French Central since 2019, first was with Mary and then with Annie. I love this shop so much. The selections are so good and I am so happy that they are not common. Annie is so quick, efficient and very sweet!

They deliberately scam customers with unfair currency exchange. When paying by card, the staff actively suggested I pay in US Dollars (USD) instead of Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Not knowing the trap, I agreed. I later discovered they used a predatory Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) rate, causing a nearly 15% loss compared to the normal bank rate. Worst part: their dishonesty afterwards. I contacted them within an hour, requesting to cancel and re-charge in HKD. They ignored me until the next day, falsely claiming that "it's already settled, no refund is possible." This is a lie. Merchants can always process a refund electronically. I’ve been shopping here for years and I absolutely love it. Good quality, reasonable prices and excellent customer services. The staff Annie is amazing, she understands my style, is attentive, and always recommends the perfect pieces. Highly recommend!

Good quality and lovely French boutique. Always have cute design. Love their dress and skirts. However one of the Chinese staff was very rude. Maybe she was acting carefree or causal but she doesn’t has the manner a sales lady should have. That is very unprofessional. 1.) I am a size 0 and she gave me a size 1 mini skirt and keep convincing me it fits and obviously it was NOT. The skirt almost fell off. And she was trying to use some very lame excuse to convince you such as “it’s for you to tuck in a thicker top etc” … again .. the skirt almost fell off. 2.) she was tidying up the rack when we were browsing. And keep asking us give her space etc. why can’t you just pause for 5 mins and hang back the clothes later ? Even Zara sales won’t do that when customer is in front of the rack choosing what to buy/ try on. To be concluded : cute French boutique, good quality, reasonable price, bad experience. Bad CS.
