I’m so pleased I found this shop. I was looking for cute glasses for my 4 year old daughter. I found a lovely frame for her, made in Korea. Andy and James were knowledgeable and patient with us - I don’t wear glasses myself, so I really appreciated their expertise. Kind staff, highly recommend.

I had an awful experience at this store on Saturday 1st February at around 3pm. There were three male staff members, and one of them was assisting me in finding sunglasses. As I tried on different options and realized they weren't quite suitable, I overheard some sniggering behind me. After this happened for the third time, I turned around and caught one of the assistants laughing at me. This made me feel uncomfortable, so I decided to leave the store right away. Awful customer service and immature staff. It generally felt like they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find the right pair of glasses.

Nicest staff, would 100% recommend this place over the other eyeglasses store next door. Thank you for doing an amazing job and helping my mom with her glasses! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have been a customer for years and come back time and time again because they are simply the best. Andy and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, have most up to date frames and lens and go out of their way to provide good service. They are also very trustworthy to recommend just what you need and not more,
