F45 Training Tsim Sha Tsui

A true hidden gem. The coaches are incredibly friendly, and will take care to remember your name from the first day you join. Weekday morning and afternoon classes have 5-10 students with 1-2 trainers, offering lots of individual attention. Regular body scans are offered at no additional cost, making it easy to track progress. Showers always working, with soap and towels always restocked. Incredible value. Kept me coming back over 6 months and 100ish classes. Can't recommend enough!

I had a very good workout class ! I have never done hyrox and i have always wanted to try how it was like, it was a good introduction for beginners. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially janelle and denzel! They helped with my form, how to do the skiers and were really encouraging.🥹 Overall, my first experience here was amazing and i will definitely come back with some friends!

People left comments in English but I want more local to recognize the studio so I will write in Cantonese anyway ! 1. Coaches are nice and helpful. Positive vibes in class. Flexible class schedules.
