Have done an oil massage by Shan Shan. The place is very clean, quiet and well decorated. Staff are attentive and nice. The pressure on the trigger points are just right! She keeps asking if it is too hard and adjusted accordingly. She was also aware of my breathing and asked me to be breath deeply with the massages. I was not allergic to the oil used. My muscles were eased and my mind was less tensed. There is no selling of package afterwards.

My first visit here was great, but the second was a complete letdown. The therapist was unprofessional, frequently checking her phone and listening to calls during the session. Most concerning was the lack of hygiene—she did not sanitize her hands after touching her phone and herself before touching my face. The massage itself was a repetitive routine that offered no relaxation. It seems the quality varies significantly depending on the therapist.

Found this place while staying for business trip in Causeway Bay — really glad I did! The massage was great, the staff were friendly, and the place felt clean and relaxing. Perfect spot to unwind after a flight or a long day. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Hong Kong.
