I’ve visited both TST and the central locations and the experience was totally different. If you’re looking for a better service ,the central branch is definitely the one to visit. Also want to give a five stars to our Sales - Yammie, who provided professional and thoughtful feedback, really made my visit enjoyable and memorable.

Very strange experience here. I went in looking a lab diamond ring as a gift for someone. I was met by Pierre who told me they had none. That was fine and I proceeded to browse on the diamonds anyway. Pierre starts to tell me how “lab growns are easily spotted as being lab” and how natural is better. This is not okay to say to potential customers or anyone by that matter. I did not ask for his opinion and it was a rather rude comment as I was trying to shop. I look at him and say “that doesn’t bother me” as lab grown diamonds do not bother me. He seems disgusted at me for this and then proceeds to say something along the lines of “Korean face lift is face but I can tell your face is real, therefore natural beauty is better”. He tried comparing my natural face to a natural diamond which is so weird. I stayed for no longer than 5 minutes as I felt disturbed and disrespected. It was a very strange interaction of unsolicited comments as I tried to peacefully browse the jewellery. Please graff, it’s not cool to shame clients for looking for labs. It’s outdated and very last year. Would not recommended this branch but maybe the other stores have better staff.

Although I am just a little girl who cannot afford jewelry, the man who is bareheaded had nice explanation of the brand from history, signature to diamonds. This makes me have a good impression to the brand, and I will definitely buy a diamond ring for myself in the future.
