Let's see now, since possibly 1995 myself, my brother, my father, my brother in law and almost every friend who has visited us in Hong Kong has gone home with half a dozen or more of Tim's shirts. He is patient, pleasant and knows what he is doing. I estimate that over the years we have bought a few down shirts or more and none have been poorly made. Totally recommend this tailor for formal, work and casual shirts too.

Tim has been making shirts for me for a number of years now and I'm always very happy to stop by the shop when in Hong Kong. Pricing is good, there's a decent range of fabrics in store plus he can get whatever you want. He's got a great eye for fit and style. Ordering remotely is easy once your fit is sorted. Highly recommended.

I have been getting shirts from Graly Shirtmaker for years now and I am always delighted to see Tim and order new ones. The shirts I first ordered from Graly years ago are still in terrific condition and the quality of the shirts has always been outstanding. Tim has a great selection of fabric to choose from and will lead you through the styling options. Graly Shirtmaker is one of the great remaining artisan shops of Hong Kong and it is a pleasure to order shirts from Tim.

I found Graly through StyleForum and thought I’d try their shirts, but am sadly far from impressed. Firstly, I was pretty shocked to be given the shirts without a fitting, having to subsequently return them for adjustments. Secondly, the collar fasteners aren’t the right size so do not hold the collar rigid, it’s a single piece yolk too. Finally, these have not stood the test of time at all - these are some of my least worn shirts but they’ve completely fallen apart after a few months of use. Really disappointing for the price.

Beautiful tailored shirts. Their own cloth is so good that the Italian weave Thomas Mason is only a small upgrade. Make sure you choose the buttons you like (mother of pearl) or bring your own material and buttons. Bespoke shirts are one of the great pleasures in life and at Graly, surprisingly affordable.
