Went at 9 AM this morning and got out clothes by 3:15! Smelt good and clothes were well taken care of! All three of our family groupings traveling to Wan Chai used Haven and all were pleased!

The shop is pretty clean, cloths smells good. Their delivery service is very reliable. The courier is on time and nice. For everyone’s reference, the dry clean service need 4 days (which is fine to me). 😉

I lived just in the street where they are located. The old lady at that time was so rude (because she couldnt speak English) and took it on me that I decided not to come myself and send my husband. They were also always complaining when we didnt pick the bags on time. We eventually stopped using their services. Now in 2020, we decided to give it a try. First time was fine, it is another lady, but I think she was there already before 2 years ago. Second time, I asked for Dry Cleaning. It takes them one week to deliver... I was a bit complaining it took too long, then she started to scream that she told me before she issued me her delivery receipt. But she actually didn't tell me beforehand... Instead she was rudely ranting about the fact she doesnt speak English that is why she didnt mention. So I had to negotiate the delivery date (one item), she basically threw the receipt note to my face.... So I guess after this, I wont go back again. I dont understand what is the gain for them to be so rude. Not good experience over the 4 years in this neighborhood. Or I would say it's depending on their lunatic mood.
