Alice did some incredible work with custom repair job for my old orthodics. Outstanding work and customer service. Heel and Toe is a fantastic shop that is well organized and caters to all of your specialized footwear needs.

Wonderful service!!!! After a couple of days in the city and having brought the wrong sneakers for the trip, I ended up with very sore feet. All I wanted was some insoles, so I went into the store to buy whatever they had, but the lady kindly told me it would be better to evaluate what I had before buying the insoles. She examined me, recommended some suitable insoles, and before I left, she made sure to relieve the discomfort in my feet. The insoles have been a great help. I really don't know what I would have done without her kind advice. The best service. :)

Small shop with lots of options for casual and comfortable shoes. Much wider selection than the average shop in the mall. The owner is a wonderful lady who was so patient with my mom. Helped her try on so many pairs and finally found her the right one. It may feel weird walking into the 13th floor of a non descript building, but the trip is worth it!

Best place for any of your heel/toe issue. Never seen anyone so patient. Not at all commercial. Alice is wonderful. She spent more than 90 min with us explaining each and every thing. Highly recommended. Never seen this level of service in HK
