Terrible attitude from counter staff! Appointment booked for 09:30, we arrived at 09:20. They were not prepared and stated an email was sent with registration papers. I never received the email but even if I had i wouldn't have read it as I was on Vacation! I complained to the staff member who then replied "I hope we're not going to have an argument about this" ! My partner was very upset by this unprofessional attitude. I advised the guy to calm down and arrange the car. Told to come back in 30min, which we did. Waited another 20min before heading off and collecting the car at 10:42! The car was only booked for the day so we wanted to enjoy it while we could I arranged to drop the car off next day at 12:00 at the Kowloon office. Details for drop off written on a piece of paper were not great so I parked in the muti-storey car park and walked to the Kowloon office. The staff here were excellent!! Very kind and helpful as expected from a company as big as Hertz

It was a pleasure to be served by Nik Lee of Hertz HK. I wanted to rent a car during the New Year festive season. Thankfully Hertz HK still had cars to rent. Avis (which I always rent from) had no more cars. Nik helped me with the process to rent a car in the H category. Eventually on that day of rental, my flight supposed to land ar 1035, and I would pick up the car for a meeting at Chi Lin Nunnery, but the landing was delayed beyond the opening hours of Hertz HK, Nik even stayed back beyond the hours to wait for me. I could not come as it was too late. on the next day, I arrived to thank Nik face to face even though I could not rent the car as my meeting has passed. Such a good experience with Nik and Hertz HK. I am planning in future next time to rent from Nik / Hertz HK. Thank you Hertz HK and thank you for Nik who gave such amazing service !
