Zero customer service, horrible attitude. I only had my figure for 2.5 years, and I keep it in a cabinet to shield it from dust. Almost on its own, the glue detached itself, and the paint on the die cast parts flakes off. For something that charges above 1000 dollars. HOT TOYS, acknowledge that your products have problems and offer replacements.

Hier gibt es gerne schon einmal sehr gute Schnäppchen für den interessierten Sammler. Recht große Fläche für die vorhandenen Exponate.

Go here if you only had to choose one to get to, it dosen't had a lots of big display like Secret Base, but the got lots of product that you can buy, many 1/6 with discounted prices. Oh and the gave me a free ant-man key chain

Been in HK since 2010 on and off, a lot of the local toy shops in Mong Kok come and go, especially since 2018, many businesses closed and went online. Hot Toys is the only brand that has managed to stay afloat while other one sixth scale companies have shut their official stores (Enterbay and Three Zero have both shut their shops permanently). This is the 3rd Hot Toys store, 1st one is Toy Hunters at CTMA, 2nd is Secret Base at Sino, they also have a 4th one called Echo Base. The original Rebel Base store in this mall was upstairs, much smaller than the new one in Ocean Terminal. A good selection of figures for sale, they even have the newly released DX Batman 1989. If you want more figures I recommend going to their original Toy Hunters shop in CTMA - smaller shop but have more figures for sale.
