When I first walked into the store, the staff member simply said hello to me and didn’t really make any effort to introduce the clothes or the designers. When I was about to leave, a white woman walked in, and the same staff member immediately became much more welcoming and started enthusiastically explaining the clothes and the designers to her in English. It honestly made me wonder: was I being treated differently because I’m Asian? Did the staff assume that I wouldn’t speak English just because I look Asian? I understand that different customers may have different experiences, but the difference in how I was approached was noticeable and honestly made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome

A staple to visit when passing by Hong Kong. Beautiful store with well curated designer pieces. Staff is friendly and very easy to talk to. Ade made my experience especially so warm and welcoming at HULA. Beyond stoked to go back home with my Ferragamo bag. 😍💛 Thank you Hula team. ✨

Has a very good selection of designer clothes of different sizes and styles. Found a rick drkshdw hoodie for only 2000hkd (220€), such a steal! It was in great condition too, just like all the other clothes. Not only this, the staff was soooo incredibly kind! They made us feel very welcome and helped us through out. Sometimes going to ”more expensive/designer” stores can feel intimidating but this was the opposite. We felt like we could look at the selection without being stared at the entire time and just felt so comfy. Definetly recommend! Sweetest workers ever and cool selection <3

Amaizing store with a rare finds. Everything very carefully curated. Amaizing people are also working here, I wanted to buy a bag, and it was in the other location, they were kind to order me an Uber and arrange the comfortable journey to the second location. Not any luxury store would do that for you. 1000% recommend!
