Highly unprofessional, poor service. Firstly the requested boxes we ordered never came, wasted a day of our time. Management showed no record of them having come to our building or drop off any boxes. The person on the phone insisted they were delivered and probably stolen by neighbors; I doubt any of my neighbors actually have a need for 25 moving boxes. They finally delivered them a day late, the guy tried to force the door open to have a look despite our effort to maintain some privacy. On the day of the move, it seemed staff were not well trained, bumping things against the doors and walls, one guy kicked up his dolly like a skateboard with total disregard for the damage that might occur. Will not be using them or recommending them at all.
