Iyara Day Spa

After finishing my spa treatment at the higher floor (they have two floors), I went looking for the toilet. By mistake I opened a door that turned out to be the staff restroom which I thought was for customers. Someone was inside and made a startling sound. When she came out, I asked nicely where the customer restroom was. She frowned at me, almost irritated at my question, and said something I couldn't make out while pointing at the toilet. Her demeanor was so rude and hostile. That's how this place treats their paying customers.

The staff who actually do the physical work (nails and massage) are great but the lady who seemed to be managing them was terribly unconformable to be around. She was not kind or thoughtful and left there feeling terrible even though I should have left feeling relaxed and calm. Avoid if you can as there are many other good spots to visit for a relaxing spa day.

The best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had! We came in with no appointment needed and we both got gel done. Asmita and Piu were incredibly attentive and kind. Amazing service and would come here again! Clean and relaxing atmosphere! Thank you!

Had a fantastic pedicure at Iyara. 3 of us turned up without an appointment and they were welcoming and accommodating. The 3 lovely girls (Lachmi, Zubi & Tulsa) spent a lot of time on our pedicures. Our feet look and feel amazing.
