Very good session. It was easy to book in as I am travelling through HK at the moment so it was a drop in session The trainer took time to understand my level of skill and then give me a specific lesson on things I can work on. I’ve trained for years but learnt a number of new things today. The facilities were very clean and good space to train in. There are clean toilets and there are clean showers etc for after training. The gym was easy to locate and is a 2 min walk from Central Market.
