The staff is extremely professional and friendly. My friends and I went to the Mclaren next door and got a bit heated with the staff. Its nice to see that at Rolls Royce, the gentleman at the front desk is incredibly nice. Thank you for the experience.

I’ve been a long-time admirer of Rolls-Royce, but my recent experience at the Wan Chai showroom left me disappointed. The staff felt noticeably less engaged than what you would expect from a brand built on heritage, discretion, and bespoke service. In the past, visiting a Rolls-Royce showroom felt like entering a refined, almost private club atmosphere. This time, the interaction felt indifferent and transactional. The interior quality and styling direction also seem to be shifting — and not in a good way. Some of the newer specifications, especially the more aggressively styled builds, feel designed more for social media attention than for the quiet, understated elegance that once defined the marque. The bold trims and louder configurations give off more of a “look at me” vibe rather than the traditional old-money discretion Rolls-Royce was known for. It feels like the brand is leaning into a new-money, crypto-era aesthetic — flashy rather than timeless. Perhaps times are changing, and so is the clientele. But for those who admired Rolls-Royce for its gentlemanly restraint and classic refinement, the current direction feels like a step away from what made the brand truly specia
