The worst place ever, do not come to see doctors here, if you are late for 10 minute, they cancel your booking and ask you to come another day! And last time I came I waited 45 mins for the appointment

Been quite ill lately and Matilda are really great. Always get seen fast and reception staff are lovely. Very clean and professional clinic. Friendly and not daunting atmosphere. I don’t like being sick but when I am I don’t mind coming here! Shoutout to the really lovely receptionist Marian I think her name is. She’s half Chinese half kiwi and is really friendly and helpful. Will always try slot you in and nice to chat to. I highly recommend Matilda medical!

After waiting for 40 mins, the nurse told patients the doctor is still on the way and need 10 more minutes - “do you want to wait or reschedule? And if you want to stay, you can not do the full session and have to reschedule for another session because we are closing down in 15 mins. And if you wanna reschedule, we can not advise when because we don’t know doctor schedule and need to ask.” What a ridiculous clinic.

Echo previous comments about timekeeping. I arrived 30 minutes early and informed reception the day before I'd be early too, just for context. 15 minutes past my appointment time, I go to reception to mention I must return to work; receptionist calls doctor who says I can go in. Possibly 2-3 minutes of consultation which is all good and high quality but rushed and short due to being 15 minutes late with the timing. I was asked to book for the following week to check progress. It is not difficult to do better with timekeeping. Quality of reception staff high and quality of care high but wasting time of people can be avoided and should be avoided.
