This store sucks. exchange rate is terrible. There is no electronic exchange rate display in here and the owner didn’t give us receipt, so it doesn’t look proper and professional exchange store. I had to exchange IDR to HKD, I could get 30% LESS than what I was supposed to get (according to google and calculator) cuz owner told me that IDR is not valuable, but I could find other exchange store that provides decent exchange in 5 minutes away, which is apposite store from Jenny’s bakery, you’d rather go there and exchange your money. When I found other exchange store and wanted to cancel my transaction and get my IDR back, so came back to this store and asked the lady, she kept yelling out aggressively and threatened us to call police. She charged us 50hkd for commission to refund my money in the end. even though we exchanged money only 10 minutes ago. She was really really rude and disrespectful.

Conclusion: Do NOT go to this place. They don't have a electronic display board like everyone else, so they could set their rate whatever they want. I changed three currencies (KRW, USD, CNY) at this place because I wanted to use the leftover money that I got when I'm done traveling these countries. I got 760 HKD for 100 USD, 540 for 500 CNY, and 275 for 50,000 KRW. This is not a good rate and I didn't realize it until it was too late. If I've gone to the currency exchange store next to the Starbucks in front of Sheung Wan station ( not listed on Google Maps for some reason) I could've gotten 610 for 500 CNY, 778 for 100 USD, and 351 for 50,000 KRW. I've attached the photo of the store that I'm talking about. I'm not advertising for them and if you don't believe me you could check the rate for yourself, they are two minute walk apart anyways. Do the math and get yourself a better rate. I wanted to get my KRW back but I imagined that they would put up a fight so I gave up.
