I researched and decided to purchase two Micro Rockets as Xmas presents for my 14yo grandsons. Fulfilment was so easy. I found the building in Central at 4pm on a Friday, spoke to a very helpful young man who selected the packaged bikes from the stock room, paid for them and was gone by 4.05pm. Such a good customer experience. Thank you very much.

The customer service here is excellent, we ordered a trike deluxe to take with us straight to the airport and home to the UK, we were shown how to fold and unfold it, and they discarded the box ready to use. It’s a life changing product and we realised the second we left the store! We also tried out the Eazy and got lots of useful info about it.

Wow! I am totally shock, amazed, relieved and please to see a HK business whose website uses minority people in its images. Except for a few sport shops, I had never seen this. And you've showed their normal beautiful selves. As a result, I visited your store and purchased all of my kids' sporting goods and your staff was really nice and quite helpful in helping me to get all of what I needed. Thank you Micro Scooters! I will be doing all of my related shopping with you!
