The variety of product type (supplements, frozen food, drinks, sports nutrition items etc) is really good, but I feel there is a lot to improve.. Mainly, the staff are just not helpful, which is unfortunate considering the high cost of items. Often I struggle to hold/carry everything I want to buy because there are never any baskets (despite a basket rack at the door). I don't really expect them to help me, but the fact they just pretend not to notice and don't make any effort to acknowledge me is very off-putting. Most 7/11 cashiers will greet when you enter and encourage you to place items on the desk if they are too numerous, which is basic manners. Stock is also very hit or miss, presumably due to the central location. On my last visit, the variety of protein bars and sugar free sodas was not that good, unfortunately. It would be a lot better if stock was consistent.

Great spot to grab a quick beverage like a seltzer or kombucha. Lots of gluten free snack options. Nice vitamin and supplement section. They even have some deli meat and frozen raw meat. Some things are a little pricey, but just check the prices and expiration date and decide if it’s right for you. They have a lot of options here that you can’t find easily elsewhere in HK.

One of the longest standing places along Lyndhurst Terrace where shops close down every six months. Plant based food, Cauliflower Pizza, Flourless Bread, Vegan Bagel, stuff you don’t find in regular supermarkets.. oh and Dr Bronners 👍❤️
