Extremely disappointed by the service at this center. I'd made an appointment for 1pm on a weekday. When I got there 8 minutes late, the lady receptionist told me Dr went out for lunch because it was their "lunch hour". I asked, "what's the point of making an appointment then?" To which she replied, "I thought you weren't going to come." Her response tells me she could care less. For the record, I was 8 minutes late. Not to mention there's not been a single time where I was not on time, much less not show up. Canceling clients' bookings - on your own accord - without any sort of notice is so unprofessional and irresponsible. Not coming back for sure.

I am very satisfied by Quality TCM. This place offers a comprehensive treatment: TCM drugs, acupuncture and cupping. Sally is very professional and I highly recommend this place! The location is convenient and it is openened every day.

Very supporting and helpful staff. I had positive result few years which showed itself in figures and practice for my egg freezing. I had a very positive general health situation too. So I resumed again coming here for both Chinese Medication and Acupuncture, sone times for Wonderful Cupping. It seems things gradually improves. Higley recommend Quality TCM to everyone.

The treatments by Dr Sally were great! I feel so much more comfortable after the acupuncture and fire cupping treatments. Thank you Quality TCM!
