Flow classes are fun, kind - teacher will challenge you enough for growth on the mat. After few weeks, I felt improvements in my core strength, balance, immunity and flexibility. Inspiring teacher, intimate class, at the end, you are treated with a sound bath for ultimate rest - you will feel rejuvenated 🧡 Classes can also be catered in both English and Chinese for foreigners.

Very relaxing and peaceful place. Attended a class on yoga with healing sound, the class ended with some crystal singing bowls. It definitely brings your soul to a level that could relax your mind. Very professional in terms of yoga instructions and singing bowl delivering.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Om Mindful Yoga Studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The ambiance is serene, with soft lighting and calming music that instantly puts you in a peaceful state of mind. Ana, the instructors are highly skilled and genuinely passionate about yoga, providing thoughtful guidance and modifications throughout the practices. They offer sound healing sessions and meditation retreats, which are great for deepening your practice. Overall, Om Mindful is a gem. It's the perfect place to unwind, rejuvenate, and connect with like-minded individuals. Highly recommend it!

The classroom environment is comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, creating a strong yoga atmosphere. Instructor Ana is highly professional, paying meticulous attention to everything from classroom guidance to the selection of incense scents. The Flow Yoga class is clear, effective, and flows smoothly. The Singing Bowl class techniques are particularly professional, allowing students to quickly and effectively enter a meditative state. This is definitely the best yoga studio in the city.🧘🙏
