Customer service of Owl Square sucks - complaints of laundries getting mixed up repeatedly, buildings are old and not maintained - does not match the price point at all where you can even rent a 1 bedder new and modern condominium. Any feedback given will be responded with "We will check with management", but nothing truly ever gets resolved. They will ask you to resolve yourself, for example where there are noise complaints from other Owl tenants, the customer service will ask you to deal with the police. They are useless to the extent that they are unable to enforce the rules in their tenancy agreements regarding "Nuisance" and ensure other tenants do not make annoying noises. The room is dirty, full of ants and bugs when you first move in; plug points are loose and faulty, showerhead leaky. It is as though you are responsible for doing defect checks and part time maintenance guy to tell them 1 by 1 what the problems are! Shame and laughable!
