Established in Hong Kong since 2007, Prohealth Posture Plus is a physiotherapy clinic providing outstanding physiotherapy, Pilates, osteopathy and sports massage services.

Whether you are having difficulties with a recent or a recurring injury, our therapists can help you with your recovery and provide education so you can confidently manage your own health.

We have expanded over the years to include therapists from a variety of healthcare backgrounds. Hands on Physiotherapists, Clinical and Sports massage therapists and Osteopaths. This provides a broad combination of techniques and experience which enables us to provide the most appropriate treatment for each individual.

I’ve been visiting Prohealth Posture Plus for physical therapy for 6+ years. Olga is the best clinic manager I’ve ever encountered. She’s incredibly organized, energetic and remembers everything and everyone. You’re always greeted by her smile and warm energy upon entering the clinic. She is someone who truly cares. I see Judy every week and cannot recommend her enough. I would not have the physical mobility, balance or strength without her consistent guidance and support. Between Olga’s smooth operation of the clinic and Judy’s physio expertise, you will be in excellent hands here.

Thoughtful, Experienced, and Professional After my MCL and ACL surgery, I felt stuck and unmotivated with my recovery at another clinic—until I met Jason Lee at Prohealth. In our first session, he carefully assessed my injured knee against my healthy one using a series of targeted exercises. Based on that, he designed a personalized plan to help me return to skiing and badminton. Over the following months of home exercises and in-clinic sessions, metric-based assessments clearly showed my progress. I grew physically stronger and regained the confidence to get back to the sports I love. I was truly impressed by his knowledge, genuine care, and ability to keep me motivated.
