Best Pilates place ever! The machines and the space are very cool, the training is hard and refreshing and my teacher Phoebe was just the best. So much energy. 100% recommended.

Great location right in the heart of busy Mongkok – super convenient! The studio is clean and well-organized, and they provide locker rooms, which made it really easy to store my belongings. The instructor was very nice, helpful, and attentive when it came to correcting forms, making sure everyone stayed safe and got the most out of the session. Overall a very positive experience – would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality Pilates class in Hong Kong 🥰
