Been dry cleaning in sheung wan branch and recently damaged my new jacket. The only reasoning they gave is decay, not the factory’s fault. I dry cleaned this jacket at another spot before, and didn’t face this issue. Just be careful with dry cleaning here

Is it unreasonable for this laundry to charge 85 HK dollars for less than 3 pounds of laundry? I asked my friend, Hong Kong laundry usually charges 45~50 HK dollars for 3 to 5 pounds, and it’s the same 3-hour pick-up. Am I being cheated because I am a foreigner?
