I’ve been a long-time customer at Car Spa with a 20-wash package, but after several disappointing experiences, I’ve decided not to return—even with 8 washes remaining. At the North Point location, my car was scratched during a wash, so I switched to the Sai Ying Pun branch, even though it’s less convenient. Sadly, the service was just as poor. After getting a ceramic coating on my Porsche Cayman S, I discovered new scratches after a wash. Months later, I gave them one last chance with my 996 Turbo, and yet again, they failed. The wash process is rushed—about 10 minutes total, which is far too quick for a proper and careful clean, especially for high-end vehicles. The overall attention to detail and care is severely lacking. Honestly, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m being treated differently from other customers, though I don’t know why. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and repeated damage make it impossible for me to recommend this place. If you care about your car, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
