San San Laundry

Got my laundry done here during vacation, and received it back on the same day. The laundress was very nice and took good care in folding my clothes back for pickup.

No issues at all with the laundry service. Prices are very reasonable and laundry can be collected the same day. You can insist that clothes are not tumble dried to ensure no shrinkage for no extra cost. Will be using this service again and would recommend to anyone in need. If the staff do not speak English, it was very easy to just use Google Translate to ask for "no tumble dried please".

My laundry was mistakenly given to another customer (October 16th 2025). I was on vacation and leaving HK soon after. The only solution offered was to wait for the other customer to return my clothes and then mail them to me (in the UK!). Obviously this hasn't happened. I've tried messaging since, and been dismissed/ignored. The value of my clothes is over £200/$HK2000. Very angry and disappointed. AVOID.

ビニール袋に洗濯物を詰めて、重さを測って料金が決まります。 朝の９時くらいに出して仕上がりは18:00-19:00ごろ。スタッフの方は英語が通じました。
