Paid in Advance Yet Still Inconvenienced. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights from November 11 to 15, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I booked and paid for our room well in advance, yet upon arrival, the manager made us wait for about 30 minutes because he had overlooked the bookings and needed to “look for a room” for us. Despite already paying, we were left waiting, but we stayed calm as we didn’t want to ruin our mood. The first room we were given was extremely small—so small that we had to leave our luggage outside the room. There was no hair dryer, and the pillows and blankets looked dirty. The next day, we were transferred to a bigger room, which had enough space under the bed for our luggage. However, the bathroom was very unclean. The toilet didn’t have a cover on top, so to flush, you had to dip your hand into the water and press the internal button. I ended up covering it with a black plastic bag because it was too unhygienic. To be fair, the manager was kind, and the location is excellent.
