This gym is fantastic! The coaches are incredibly supportive and make sure you feel comfortable, regardless of your experience level. It's a challenging workout, but in the best way possible – I leave feeling amazing every time!

As a busy office worker, this gym has become my favourite place to de‑stress after work. The coaches are attentive and adjust the intensity to match your fitness level, making sessions challenging yet achievable even for beginners like me. The vibe is friendly and non-intimidating! Best part: no pushy sales after the trial—just solid coaching that keeps you coming back on your own terms.

It feels like a safe, supportive and empowering space. I usually join the group class , but because the coach corrects every punch in detail, it almost feels like a one‑on‑one session , you never feel rushed or yelled at, just guided and encouraged step by step. There are women’s classes, which makes the atmosphere extra comfortable, and over time you can clearly see better stamina, tighter lines and a big boost in confidence. After the trial class there was no hard selling at all, just genuine teaching, so it feels easy to stay because you like the training, not because you’re pressured to buy a package. Love it!!
