Great service from Iris even tho I was only looking for one chair

Poor service. The staff seemed unwilling to assist, even though I had a reservation. When I tested the Leap chair, I noticed a noise when leaning back. The customer service representative dismissed it, claiming it was "normal" for that model. However, when they brought another Leap for me to try, it was completely silent. When I finally decided to place an order, I was simply told to do it online. The staff offered no further help and walked away without a word. I will be choosing a different brand for both my personal and company needs.

Contrary to other reviews, I experienced superb customer service experience from Bernadette (Bern). She answered all my questions, explained the features of the chairs I was interested in, and definitely made me feel welcome in the store. To supplement, I did make a booking online to visit. I was ready to make the purchase at my visit, hopeful that I can give credit to Bern for her efforts - but was told I can only make the purchase online. I guess this is also why bad customer service can survive (based on other reviews) because there is nothing to incentivize good customer service anyways.
