The key is to go to the right shop when the right staff are there. For example Crystal at the Shop in Central. She was so helpful and threw in extra batteries, free gifts, and super patient.

Dreadful experience. Had to pay for the toy before it was shown to me only to find out the box was unsealed and it was the wrong toy. Then I had to wait a very long time to be refunded as the sales assistant hadn't refunded anyone before and he had to make several phone calls to find out the procedure. All other toy shops I've been to show you the product & check that it works before they charge you. If I had been able to see the product before being charged, I wouldn't be in this situation. I won't come back to this shop.

Visited Central a few days ago. I wanted to see what they have fun. I was pretty surprised how clean the store was and the lady who worked there was awesome! She told me everything I wanted to know and she was very polite. She made me feel very comfortable like I was in any other store and not here. I am surprised with the comment above about the store. Not true at all. I will come back again and get myself a new toy to play with. This is certainly a recommended store from me.

Worst experience ever My boyfriend and I went there to see what it had to offer. To my surprise, there were quite a lot of products. For some reason, the shop owner just stood there, stared at us in a very unwelcoming manner and said something really rude. Ughhhh I don’t really want to talk about the details but the point is he’s making us extremely uncomfortable that we had no choice but to hurry up and leave. Maybe it was because we may look like some kind of underaged teens but it’s not an excuse to treat us like that. God, I’ll never ever visit this store again. Online store is always the way to go from now on.

Traveled all the way from Shangyi when I heard Central is open. Had to check it out and got the best service one could ask for. Cozy shop with lovely people working there. I’m satisfied with my visit, and I’m sure that I’ll end up walking in there again.
