Asked for KYC documents, sent them and had zero reply from their team. Very manual setup process compared to other serviced officed. Still waiting for next steps 24 hours later! and when they sent KYC docs, they required passport, BR, Annual Return, Residence Proof, M&AA.. all this for a virtual office space. no thanks!

Excellent place to have an office address. The team at Executive Connaught Road, Central HK are very efficient and polite. All the needs were fulfilled within no time. Thanks to Clara Wong, I let her long back and since then she and her team are excellent.

All reception staff offer efficient assistance and services. Barista Ivan is very friendly and thoughtful, coffee bean choice is good, latte arts are nicely made.

Great to start a new day with a cup of nice coffee here. Space is good. Drinking coffee here makes me feel calm. Coffee is also delicious. The taste and aroma are excellent for me. The barista's skill is also wonderful, and I am glad that he always made cute latte art for me.
