Fantastic service apartment! Stayed here for around half a year and I have to say that I had an amazing stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and the leasing includes cleaning service almost everyday if needed. The little balcony also oversees a gorgeous view of the heart of Central. Very convenient area with many delicious restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation methods (eg. Bus, mtr, taxi). Would 100% recommend!!

The apartment was lovely, well-kept, and very conveniently located (close to public transport and to central HK). The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Recently checked out after a year and three months. Excellent stay overall. Room is efficiently organised albeit a tad small (which is expected in Hong Kong) but has plenty of closet space. The unblocked views of the city skyline is the best that I have seen among serviced apartments in Central/Mid-levels especially at that price point. Location is unbeatable if working in central (5 mins walk to Queens road central) or enjoying what Soho/LKF has to offer and enjoying a hike up to the peak. Staff led by Dickson are friendly and responsive with any issues being resolved promptly and courteously. Thank you for an excellent stay.

A bit of delay on the deposit back but excellent stay overall: great staff, good facilities, studio was clean, space is very optimised, location is perfect and quiet

Flats are nice but postmark size and hence expensive for what they offer. Staff and management are friendly and helpful, but they prefer to set their own timeline over your priorities. Don’t be surprised when your matter is only attended when it’s convenient to them, which can take several weeks. This issue became topical after several items were simply not up to expectation, such as the fridge not working when moving in, super-slow Internet and a TV that has seen its best times more than 10 years ago. Another disturbing fact was, however, that the repayment of the deposit took ages, without any good reason.
