Since 1993, TIFFANNY YIU YUN is the first generation of Hong Kong French Floral Masters
She acquired her art from the French international floral master Christian Tortu, and is the floral image consultant of famous brands like Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Cartier, Marc Jacobs, Kenzo, adidas, Lane Crawford etc.
Her fans include movie stars, celebrities like Gigi Leung, Miriam Yeung, Sally Ip and George Lam and corporations and prestigious institutions like Christie’s Auction House, Sotheby’s Auction House, BMW, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the British Consulate, COSCO Pacific, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Hong Kong Land, Shun Tak Holdings Ltd., Hong Kong government etc.

在上環和太太食飯慶祝前想送花比太太，找到Tiffany ，好用心照我所需準備，我們非常滿意！

1. 店員態度欠佳 經過這間分店希望可以買現成花束為朋友慶生，對花的款式價錢並不了解。但店員沒有任何介紹，不停只詢問預算，就開始替你紮花。明知顧客不了解，亦沒有提供款式挑選及講介不同價位的花束大小。 結果就變成我不情願地為一束已紥好的鮮花付款。由於事後覺得花束太過細又貴，便詢問為何店員包之前冇介紹size/款式而咁快就開始包花，店員只示意 “你而家咪可以睇” 。睇黎都沒有意思啦 已經包好難道要走數？ 2. 花束質量欠佳 我嗰束花非常細 大花入面只有一個粉紅色玫瑰，但後來細看發現未開曬，顏色都不夠鮮豔。而店員都唔會比你睇花/挑選花束。 總括而言，坊間有更多性價比更好，質素更佳的店舖。倘若你對花的款式或價錢沒有了解，光顧這所店舖要做好做水魚的打算。

價錢不合理 沒有了解客人需要和提供更多選擇就讓客人付款 花朵亦不太新鮮 Overpriced and the staff was not that nice. Not recommended for those who are not familiar with the flower types. They just grabed your money and quickly packed it without asking your preferences.

今日突然醒起要買花參加畢業典禮，剛好tiffany flowers就喺附近，走過去同佢講，話俾佢預幾多錢， tiffany就會幫你預備好一紮適合易景的花束，感覺認真不錯。 之前過年都是在這裡買年花的😊

很無奈花店未有理會我的要求，一早已經溝通好我要七八成開的蘭花，亦已經寫在單據上，下單嘅時候店員指一尾話什麼要求都可以，又話粉色蘭花需要比較貴嘅價錢要我加錢，最後準備好的蘭花卻只有兩三成開，貌似一棵枯草，而呢棵花我卻要來送禮祝賀別人公司開幕。實在十分失望。 店員嘅態度亦可，但係花的質素，品質控制，貨源，製成品都強差人意。 There is clear communication on the orchid I would like to order with about 70% blooming flowers. However, the product delivered has only 30% blooming flowers. Before I place my order, the shop tends to agree on all my requests, but failed to deliver what is promised. The flower is to send to a company for opening ceremony. It looks like a empty plant which does not look good/ blooming enough. I am very disappointed.
