Nice on pictures but a SHAM in reality. I asked for a studio apartment. A staff called Cherry Lo offered me on WhatsApp one at HKD 17,500 for a lease term of "one month or above". I went to see it twice, and accepted the offer price for one month, stating that I'd extend to long lease if I like it when move in. Then they immediately walked back their offer. Cherry Lo said it's now HKD 20,000!! She said it's the company policy and she couldn't help. I asked to speak to her boss. Another woman named Josie called me up. But offered no solution upfront without any sincerity to resolve the issue. After wasting half an hour on the phone, she said on the phone that the original price was only valid for long lease of 12 months. And told me to take it or leave it. Clearly this is a SCAM. I've got all the WhatsApp messages showing the offer was $17,500 for ANY period of not less than ONE month. Simply put, they regretted the price was too low when it's accepted by customers, and wanna get out of the deal. The rest is just excuses. Since then, they've refused to even pick up my calls. (In fact they were evasive throughout the process). I was in a rush to make the move. After wasting all
