Summary: They had an infestation of cockroaches under our bed, -10/10 experience. I want to start by saying that the woman was very kind and sweet, but I have my limits in what I can tolerate. My first impression of the room was that it was very small, old, and shitty, but that's what we paid for, and we only needed a bed to sleep in and get a shower. I also saw a roach, and I thought, that can happen, not a big deal, and then we went out to see the city. When we came back, I saw at least 6, one of them on top of the bed. I asked for something to kill them, she gave me a roach killer spray can, she apologized and said not to open the windows because they come from there, so we were supposed to sleep there with no ventilation?! When I started spraying the roach killer I saw they were coming out non-stop from the foundation of the bed. I can deal with a small or dirty room, but this is beyond any limits. So we had to find another place and move at 1 am. We asked for a refund because we paid for two nights on trip.com, and they said they would not give us anything. If you don't want your trip to be ruined, find somewhere else.
