We stayed in one of their north point flats for over 3 months. They managed everything well, things went smooth and the little problems that occurred were all resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks again for your hospitality!

We stayed in the Lohas Park apartment for about a month. It’s not the most common choice for visitors since it’s a bit far from central Hong Kong. But it turned out to be perfect for our family. I liked that fact that we could reach the shopping mall without having to step outside - a huge plus especially with young children and on rainy days. Our stay was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having access to the clubhouse facilities. Z Apartment’s service was excellent throughout our stay. They responded to every message quickly, no matter the time of day. Our arrival time was uncertain due to our flight schedule, but Arthur was very accommodating and made sure he would be there whenever we arrived. When we reached the apartment lobby, he was already waiting for us. He guided us to the apartment, showed us how to use the appliances, and explained the facilities available in the building. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped. It had everything we needed as a family with two very young children: clean bed sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, washing machine, clothes-drying rack, hoover, and cleaning products. Excellent service from the owner. He provided us with all the information and showed us around. Perfect apartment equipped with everything you need. It is in a great location and very easy to get around with public transportation. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
