I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée and that i used for my proposal, now that i am bringing my fiancée to change the ring size, after a few process. One of the staff at the Hennessey branch decided to show the price of the ring to my fiancée! This is totally unacceptable. It makes 0 sense to me that to show the price of the engagement ring that i bought for my fiancée. This is supposed to be a suprise! My fiancée isn’t supposed to know. I cant believe this one time experience for me and my fiancée is ruined. I advise to please educate your staff before handling any engagement ring process. This is a once in a life time experience this happens ones. Please be considerate!!!

Came in knowing that I wanted to get a necklace chain for my husband and was hoping for platinum but I also had no idea what I was expecting and Ting helped us. She was very cheerful and bubbly and accommodating. She listened to what I wanted and brought items out to show me and suggested different items based on my feedback and did not pressure me to purchase anything at all. I told her I'd come back since I had an appointment to get to but I told her that I definitely wanted the necklace I saw and she added me on Whatsapp and sent me the photo of the necklace and it's ID for later. I did end up going back and we did final checks of the necklace and she helped me sign up for the Chow Sang Sang membership (which is free) because I live overseas and cannot receive text messages and she had to submit a verification code. The membership registers what you've purchased to your account and it also offers a discount on any purchases. It was my first time buying anything in a gold store and Ting definitely made the experience smooth and set the standard for me going forward. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for Ting!
