之前，聽朋友说这店服务态度差；今天到店，真的感受到，站在柜台，给有位名为Amy 的店员说：請不要站在这里，阻礙我們！😡😡😡香港之恥。樂。

Extremely bad service by Mark Chan / 陳煒俊 on December 19, 2024 at approximately 3:30-3:40 pm, this store reprimand or retrain this uncourteous and disrespectful person, he is very very unwelcoming and he does not even allow you to try the jewelry then tells you he will just give you a discount after you’ve made your final decision without even letting you to try the jewelry set, like how the hell could you make a final decision if you don’t know if the jewelry even suits you? Ain’t that some stupid and incompetent staff not even a single drop of common sense, he will just ruin your day, be very careful going to this store branch it isn’t worth it and there are a lot of branches that can better accommodate you, that won’t ruin your day. There are other jewelry shops that accommodated us very well like Chow Tai Fook and Lukfook, there were two to three people who were accommodating us while we browsing each jewelry sets, no wonder they had a lot more clients than this sorry state of a branch. This Mark Chan employee is pulling the branch’s reputation down the drain.
