Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

The atmosphere is great. The lunch is quite nice. The shrimp is a bit ordinary, but beef tartare is kinda nice. Pumpkin soup is creamy and sweet. Though the portion is Wagyu is tiny, but it is roasted nicely, the meat is tender . The spaghetti is tasty. And tiramisu is rather moist and not overly sweetened. Overall it is quite ok.

The place is super local, and the food was just ok, nothing special, almost 2k per head, not worth the price imo, there are way better places if you want a true fine dining experience. The best thing was the little balls with liquor in the beginning. The little bites in the box didn’t make much sense. The fish with clam chowder and mushroom dish was way better than the mains. The mains were quite disappointing.. We wanted to leave our cake at the restaurant and pick it up the next day as we were going to go to a bar afterwards, but the server said no the cake will die……

Interior design is modern and elegant. Staff are helpful, especially the sommelier who welcomed to share interesting wine pairing knowledge with us. Restaurant menu is in modern fusion style. Chef would like to combine different Asian countries into French style cuisine. But the memory point for the dinner is not strong enough as the flavour combination is just common style which is below our expectation. The wine pairing with the food is good, the wine definitely enhanced the food flavour. In addition to the explanation from sommelier, we finally had a memory point for this restaurant. Recommend to have wine pairing when enjoying the menu, however, that maybe a bit high pricing.

UM... good ingredients but the way how it cooks kind of made it worse. Service was super nice & welcoming but do not why i find it too nice to be a bit strange? All the ingredients are very good quality and luxurious. However, how it was cooked didnt elevate the luxurious taste or texture of it. Kind of confusing.. Nothing really memorable. The tuna tartare with sea urchin was too fishy.. the pigeon wellington pastry was a bit soggy, not crispy at all. The best part of the whole meal was the chocolate at the end.

Such a lovely place for lunch! The lobster pasta is delicious. And I enjoyed the dessert with pistachio cream, which has a unique flavor. The lemon tea gumdrops were special, with a taste of sea salt. Overall, the food is supreme; I really like this restaurant. I had a good time here. Additionally, the waiter was enthusiastic about introducing each dish to customers, which was very nice.
