Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

The quality of sleep was poor due to loud fan noise, a musty smell, poor ventilation, and no windows. I booked three nights but only stayed for one night Due to these issues, the room was not suitable for staying, and I had to check out early after one night despite having booked three nights.

I had a decent stay at 9 Boutique Hotel for 9 nights! โ โ ๏ธ Pros: 1) ๐ The location is perfect! It's so very close to Causeway Station, convenience stores (7-11, Circle K), and malls. 2) ๐ The self check-in method is very easy and convenient. You'll receive a small envelope with a passcode for your room. 3) ๐ฉโ๐ผ๐จโ๐ผ The staff are really nice! Dorothy helped me get all the supplies I needed and answered all my questions thoroughly. The cleaning staff was really friendly. 4) ๐ณ There is a microwave and air fryer, so you can buy instant meals and easily prepare them! โ โ๏ธ Cons 1) ๐ My room wasn't in the most hygienic condition. I stayed in room 506, and there was evidently a moldly smell surrounding the area between the bathroom and room door. 2) Adding on the the point above, my boyfriend who stayed with me found an old underwear and a pair of glasses in the crevice between the bed and the wall. We didn't take any photos of evidence because we just wanted to get rid of the stuff. 3) The drainage in my room (Room 506) was below average. Every time I showered, the shower stall would have a high water level on the floor. 4) The room is a bit small. I would say it's perfect if you'

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 9 Boutique Hotel during my visit to Hong Kong after more than 10 years. The main reason I chose this guest house was its close proximity to my father's place in Happy Valley, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for me. 9 Boutique Hotel is a strategic location in the heart of the city. Being centrally situated, I found it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions and amenities that Hong Kong has to offer. Whether it was shopping, or dining. Everything was just a stone's throw away. The entire place exuded a sense of home and comfort, neat, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. The linens were professionally washed, as I witnessed the staff picking them up and delivering them every day. One of the standout amenities for me was the inclusion of a smart TV in the room. As I was staying for more than two weeks, having access to a smart TV allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. It was a thoughtful addition that added an extra level of convenience and entertainment to my stay. I like the comfortable mattress provided in the room. After a busy
