Keep your receipt: returns and exchanges are generally at the shop's own discretion, so ask before you buy, and for electronics check whether the item is a local-warranty model. If a dispute arises, the Consumer Council can advise or take a complaint. Mall websites and signs show car parks, toilets and information counters, and some offer parking discounts for shoppers.

Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.

Came during Chinese New Year and the decorations were fantastic, the mall really goes all out for the festive season. Great atmosphere, lots of energy, and plenty to look at beyond the shops themselves. That said, be prepared for crowds. The place was absolutely packed, which is honestly just part of the APM experience, it’s always buzzing, and Chinese New Year takes that up several notches. If you don’t mind the hustle, it adds to the fun. Loads of shops and restaurants across multiple floors, open late, and right on top of Kwun Tong MTR so you can’t beat the convenience.

One of the shopping complex in KunTung (观塘),as common as all the shopping mall in Hong Kong, modern and lots of common store and shops. There is no different than others, but the design is very unique. There are lots of people and quite a place to visit, lots of food and things to look out. If you wanted to get a aircones place to walk about do come over.

Not bad. Mall is split over many floors. There are cafes and eating places. They have Uniqlo and Muji. Limited toilets as only 1 male and female toilet room on each floor. Has a little roof garden. Mall links to Kwun Tong MTR

An impressive mall with a great, diverse range of retail stores and eateries. I recommend starting from the top floor and working your way down throughly checking out each floor as you go. There are many places to eat and drink scattered through the mall, not just in the Food Fiesta area. Behind the Food Fiesta is a gorgeous outside play and chill zone where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.
